MM Store Return and Exchange Policy Information

• If you think you have ordered the wrong article or for any given reason, you don’t like your purchase, merchandise can be change, exchanged, return within 7 days of delivery, if customer want a refund then the delivery amount will be deducted from the order amount (also applied to free delivery products as well)

• All tags and original packaging must be intact
• Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
• The original receipt must be attached

Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, hygiene standards must be maintained.If the mistake is from our side we will pay delivery charges from both sides and if the customer want to change/exchange by his reason/mistake then he/she will pay both sides delivery charges.
