  • Wrong size delivered
  • Wrong product received
  • Defective or damaged item
• Return Policy (Not Allowed)
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer returns on undergarments once delivered.
• Exchange Condition
  • To be eligible for exchange :
  • Item must be unused and unwashed
  • Original Packaging must be intact
  • Tags must be attached

Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, hygiene standards must be maintained.If the mistake is from our side we will pay delivery charges from both sides and if the customer want to change/exchange by his reason/mistake then he/she will pay both sides delivery charges.
